Florida State S Dalvin Cook Cited For Chaining Dogs Together In 2014

Last Friday, the Seminoles indefinitely suspended Cook after he was charged with misdemeanor battery for allegedly punching a woman in the face.

According to the citation report, the dogs were “tethered directly around the neck by a heavy chain” and were removed by Animal Control from the location. The report also stated Cook did not provide shelter for the animals, and it had been raining.
