Wide receiver is especially depleted this week, as Christian Kirk, Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett, Mike Evans, and Chris Godwin are all out of action. Running back is also down, with Travis Etienne Jr., Raheem Mostert, Jeff Wilson Jr., Kenneth Walker, Rachaad White, and Leonard Fournette idle. Tua Tagovailoa, Geno Smith, and Tom Brady also create some key QB questions for some. More important are all of the big injuries....

Perhaps the bigger question many will have is if Williams is active, should they start him or Kenyan Drake? WEEK 11 RANKINGS:Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker Is Damien Williams playing on Monday night? UPDATE: Williams is officially ACTIVE. William was listed as “questionable” because of illness, which suggests he should be able to suit up against the Panthers. Given his numbers last week in the first post-Jay Ajayi game (13 touches, 61 total yards, TD) compared to Drake’s (15 touches, 104 total yards), Williams is the slightly lesser of the two Miami backs, but he’s more than capable of being a decent flex in tonight’s game....

Will Bell report to the team? If he does, will he suit up? And if he doesn’t, what will happen to him and to the Steelers? Here are the latest updates for your injured fantasy stars. MORE: Full Week 6 waiver wire list | RB handcuff chart Eddie Lacy injury update Lacy hurt his ankle on his second carry in the second half and didn’t return to Green Bay’s Sunday night game against the Giants. USA Today’s Ryan Wood noted that Lacy “was able to walk unassisted after the game,” which is obviously good news. The running back added he “should be all right” for Week 6....

For some owners, picking up Robinson may have helped out even multiple days later. On Christmas, Robinson was given an extra 13 rushing yards to his stats on certain websites. The added yards came on a fumble that receiver Allen Hurns recovered the ball 13 yards behind the line. The minus-13 yards of were mistakenly credited to Robinson. In some cases, the points gained by those 13 yards were the difference between winning and losing a game for fantasy owners....

Even if you’re new to fantasy soccer, you can probably, uh, “Hazard” a guess at some of the top performers in the league (learn how to play here). Take a quick look at the top performers in the Premier League last season – Alexis Sanchez, Eden Hazard, David Silva, Harry Kane – and you can make a pretty good start. For every big name, though, there’s a Kieran Trippier lurking....

Of course, Hubbard isn’t the only sleeper this week. There are plenty of matchups that other backs should be able to exploit, including whoever starts for the 49ers (vs. Seahawks), Zack Moss (vs. Texans), Kenneth Gainwell (vs. Chiefs), and Peyton Barber (@ Chargers) if Josh Jacobs (ankle, toe) is out again. WEEK 4 STANDARD RANKINGS:Quarterback | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker Those aren’t the main attractions, though – those are merely flex backs you might have to start if you’ve been getting hit by the injury bug....

Travis Kelce (reserve/COVID list) should be back next week to play against the Bengals, but we’ll have to see if Darren Waller (knee) can take on the Colts. Both would have solid matchups, and we know they’re must-starts as long as they’re on the field. For now, we’re not optimistic about Waller, which means Foster Moreau is once again a potential sleeper. WEEK 17 PPR RANKINGS:Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | D/ST | Kicker...

Williams has a capable veteran RB in Melvin Gordon sharing the backfield with him, so he’s had to earn his work this offseason. Michael Carter isn’t in the most talented RB room in the league, but he was merely a Day 3 pick in the 2021 NFL draft. Day 3 picks often see uphill climbs to see a lot of action. A guy like Zack Moss failed to separate himself from Devin Singletary in his rookie season, so it remains to be seen if he can shoulder more of the load this season....
