Yes, cheat sheets and draft strategy were shaken up in a big way over the past couple days, as two of fantasy’s top players seem likely to miss at least the first couple weeks of the season. For fantasy owners, that means one thing – hunting for sleepers that can tide them over until their stars return. Nothing alters draft strategy and rankings quite as much as injuries, so here’s the latest on several key players, including Jamaal Charles, Thomas Rawls, and Jimmy Graham. MORE: Ultimate fantasy cheat sheet | Experts draft Note: We’ll be updating our position rankings throughout the rest of the preseason, so check back often. Will Jamaal Charles be ready for Week 1? Things seemed to be progressing at a relatively normal pace for Charles, who tore an ACL in Week 5 last year, but a recent report suggests he’s not ready to be the Chiefs “full-time feature back” yet....

But can you really trust Ricky Seals Jones (@ Redskins) at such a crucial point in the season? How about Charles Clay (vs. Dolphins) or Julius Thomas (@ Bills)? How about going even deeper with Adam Shaheen (@ Lions) or Ben Watson (@ Browns)? There’s a good chance at least a few of these guys will have good games, but the risks inherent with them all are obvious. The one plus is most “regular” starting TEs look good from a matchup standpoint....

A few players have much better matchups this week (Hunter Henry, Martellus Bennett) and a couple potential waiver wire pickups could make a little noise (Evan Engram, Austin Hooper), but it’s basically the usual suspects at the top of our rankings. There’s no reason to turn away from guys like Rob Gronkowski and Greg Olsen yet, and even Tyler Eifert and a banged-up Jordan Reed deserve the benefit of the doubt compared to some of the guys lower in the lower tiers....

McLaughlin has been doing it since Week 3, and Wright, who had a stint with the Chiefs earlier this season, has been kicking for Pittsburgh since Week 10. This week, both face defenses who entered Week 12 in the top 12 in fantasy points per game (FPPG) allowed to kickers, and perhaps more important, both are kicking indoors....
