We’ve been down this road with Texans’ RBs before, and it didn’t exactly lead to much profit for fantasy owners. But it’s nearly impossible to pass on a “starting running back” if he’s just sitting on the wire. Fortunately, there are a few other potential sleepers who could pay off as waiver pickups or free agents this week....

Don’t wait until under-the-radar players explode this weekend or a stud comes off the IR at the start of next week. You could very well find yourself getting outbid by an owner with more FAAB or a higher waiver priority. Instead, anticipate the breakouts, recognize your Week 13 needs, and grab the best available streaming options for free right now. This time last week, we specifically featured Bills rookie RB James Cook (17 percent owned at the time), and he proceeded to net 86 yards on 11 carries against Cleveland....

Justin Fields will be a mainstay on this list until Matt Nagy decides to start him. Theoretically, you should just play the guys you drafted first at each position, but where’s the fun in that?
