Then he left the game with a shoulder injury in the second half. Sanders didn’t return. His postgame X-rays were negative, and he “should be fine, hopefully,” according to the Philadelphia Inquirer....

Trey Lance (@ Cardinals) will certainly be one of the most-watched QBs this week. We got a taste of his upside after he replaced Jimmy Garoppolo (calf) in the second half last week when Lance had 157 passing yards, 41 rushing yards, two TDs, and a two-point conversion. His overall performance was merely average, as most of his production came on a blown coverage and in garbage time, but Lance can still pile up points in a hurry....

Keiana Lister, a dairy farmer, went viral in April after she shared a clip of herself bathing a calf. And now she’s back to give another one of her farmyard residents some TLC, this time giving a lamb a bath. Lister shared a clip to her TikTok account, @motherofcows02, where she brought the lamb inside and popped it in the bath. “After giving a baby cow a bath… I thought it was time to bath a lamb too,” she captioned the clip, which can be seen here....

TikTok user Mandy Liora, @justabitalien, is the livestock director of a local community center in Washington, where she looks after hundreds of birds. When a rat attempted to eat some of those birds however, her attention turned to it. “This poor guy was trying to eat my quail. We have rules about that. You can be here, you can eat our feed, you can eat our scraps but you cannot eat the animals,” she said as she filmed the rat in the cage she used to catch it, but made sure not to kill it....

Norbert Chung and his son Trevor Chung, who flew to Hawaii from the mainland U.S., were arrested on Sunday at Honolulu’s Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, Hawaii’s KHON reported on Wednesday. According to reports, the Hawaii Attorney General’s office said the pair was arrested after a tip came in from the community. “Attorney General investigators are committed to ensuring all such leads are investigated and thank the community for their assistance and support,” the attorney general’s office said in a statement emailed to Newsweek....

Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, told WNYC’s Brian Lehrer Show on Tuesday that the first wave of cases from Europe hit New York City. With more than 213,000 cases, the new coronavirus infected more people in the city than in all but 10 countries reporting cases. However, in a way, the widespread outbreak wasn’t the city’s fault, Fauci told Lehrer. Back in March, when the city started seeing a rise in cases, “everybody was looking at China and it came from Europe,” he said....

Speaking to NPR on Tuesday, Fauci stressed it was important to combat stigma when tackling the spread of monkeypox—a virus that had infected more than 19,000 people worldwide in this year’s outbreak as of July 26. Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), said scientists still need to understand exactly how monkeypox is spread and who is most at risk. “We’ve got to understand the modality of transmission, the manifestations, also the risk for people like children and pregnant women....
