From quarterback to tight end, that’s about 16 regular starters not available in standard leagues, which means finding sleepers (and values for daily fantasy football picks) is imperative. You also might have to take some leaps of faith with guys like DeAndre Washington and even Kenneth Dixon. So, it’s time figure out how to cope with all the backup and streaming options. UPDATE: ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Richardson is expected to play but he could be “limited some.” Richardson (groin) missed practice on Monday and Tuesday and is listed as “questionable” for Thursday’s game against the Cardinals, but coach Pete Carroll expects him to play....

This article has been beating the Gardner Minshew drum hard each week, and he finally shot up in ownership to nearly 50 percent after throwing for 374 yards and rushing for 42 in Week 5. Until he creeps above that ownership limit for this list, though, he’ll keep showing up. Last week’s watch list also suggested picking up Kirk Cousins ahead of two good matchups, and after he took advantage of one, owners that grabbed him have to be feeling good about his Week 6 chances to come through again....

The Chiefs drop the furthest, going from No. 2 in our preseason rankings to 18th in Week 1 thanks to a matchup with the defending champs in New England. The Bills make the biggest move up, going from a draft-day afterthought to a big-time Week 1 sleeper thanks to a matchup against the Jets. Quite a few of of our preseason sleepers have nice matchups to start the year. The Panthers (@ 49ers), Jaguars (@ Texans), and the Chargers (@ Broncos), are all legit starting units, but the Vikings (vs....

Of course, with fewer teams still active in fantasy leagues, perhaps there’s a reason these backup RBs remain on the wire. Finding the right TE and D/ST streamer might be more important, and our full waiver list is loaded with options at both positions. Don’t get bounced from championship contention because you’re playing it too safe. It’s win-or-go-home time for most fantasy owners, so don’t be afraid to use your waiver claim....

The crazy week for quarterbacks featured backup Ryan Mallett with more points than Derek Carr and Philip Rivers, and nearly half the QBs score 20 points or more. Tom Brady scored the most points for the second straight week, and it’s not out of the realm of possibility he could do it again. For Week 4, two streaming options make the top 10 in Blake Bortles and Carson Palmer, and Eli Manning, coming off a strong performance, also has streamer potential....

Don’t worry, it’s not all uninspiring RBs and Cole Beasley on our full waiver list. With four teams on bye next week (Packers, Raiders, Seahawks, Steelers), there’s a good chance you’ll be looking for streamers at TE, D/ST and maybe even QB or WR. We have covered with matchup-based one-week wonders. None are likely worth worth waiver claims, but all are possibilities on the free agent market once waivers clear....
