Ben Roethlisberger (foot), Dion Lewis (knee), Latavius Murray (concussion), and LeSean McCoy (shoulder) will leave some sizeable holes in fantasy football lineups, but only McCoy has a clear, fantasy-relevant replacement. That man, Karlos Williams, will almost certainly be the No. 1 waiver claim in the 66 percent of Yahoo leagues in which he wasn’t owned prior to Week 9. And while Roethlisberger owners won’t necessarily flock to the wire to grab Landry Jones, they might be looking to snap up Marcus Mariota, who dazzled in his return from a knee injury....

Once again, our full free agent list has a bunch of Week 10 sleepers for the prime streamer positions (QB, TE, D/ST). The defense pickups are especially plentiful, as a good chunk of our top 12 next week will be defenses available in most fantasy leagues.
