Serina Probus, 20, of Brooksville, was first taken into custody on January 1 after being arrested for a domestic dispute and allegedly trying to urinate on a police officer. Police said the suspect, Marc Cain Rodriquez, 31, who fled the scene after crashing into Pimentel’s car, has yet to be located.
